We are looking for a proactive, organized, and versatile professional to join our team. This multi-faceted role combines responsibilities of service coordination, sales support, lead generation, social media management, and online reputation monitoring. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic trading environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Service Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact between clients and service teams.
Schedule and follow up on service calls, installations, or deliveries.
Ensure timely and satisfactory completion of service requests.
Maintain service records, reports, and client communication logs.
Follow up with customers post-sales and post-service to ensure satisfaction and collect feedback.
Sales Coordination
Assist the sales team with proposal preparation, order processing, and follow-ups.
Track leads, Follow up with customers and prospects on pending quotes and inquiries.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.
Prepare and maintain sales documentation and reports.
Lead Generation
Research and identify potential customers through online and offline channels.
Contact prospective clients via calls, emails, or messages to generate interest.
Qualify leads and pass them on to the sales team for further development.
Maintain a lead tracker and regularly update the status of each lead.
Google Rating Monitoring:
Monitor and manage the company's presence and reviews on Google and other online platforms.
Encourage satisfied customers to leave positive reviews.
Address and resolve any negative reviews professionally to protect and enhance the company's online reputation.
The following can be added in case the candidate has some prior experience in handling social media:-
Social Media Management:
Create, post, and manage content across the company's social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media in a timely manner.
Plan and execute social media campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline; degree/diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
1-3 years of experience in service coordination, sales support, or a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and social media platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts is an advantage.
