The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day office operations, handling service & sales coordinations including telecalling, payments, quotations, purchase, delivery etc. and other technical works assigned etc.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Interacting with customers in office and calls for technical discussions
Telecalling from leads assigned or database from the office
. Working on quotations. Testing the products
Handling the data and sharing it with the technicians for work & appointment confirmation and keep in track
Payment follow-up keeping the agreement in mind
. Handle all technical issues of customer through ERP software
Qualifications & Skills:
Electronics Degree preferred
Previous experience in services firm will be highly appreciated
. Good communication, coordination & follow up skills
. Need good computer knowledge
. Good Multitasker
