: Duties and Responsibilities Sales & Business Development:
Identify and develop new business opportunities from the Mumbai region.
Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for leisure, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events), and group bookings.
Maintain strong relationships with travel agents, corporates, event planners, and other B2B partners.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
Client Coordination & Support:
Act as a point of contact for all client queries from the Mumbai office.
Coordinate between clients and Lonavala resort team to ensure smooth pre-arrival and post-arrival processes.
Follow up on client feedback and resolve issues to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
Administrative & Reporting:
Maintain and update CRM/database for leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics regularly.
Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional events and campaigns.
Event & Group Booking Coordination:
Assist in planning and execution of corporate events, weddings, and group outings at the resort.
Liaise with operations and reservations teams at the resort to ensure seamless coordination.
Job Expectations: Education:
Graduate in Hospitality, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. MBA preferred but not mandatory.
Experience:
2-5 years of experience in hospitality, travel, or event sales roles.
Prior experience in a resort, hotel, or travel agency is a plus.
Minimum Qualification: Bachelor's and Masters degree in Hotel Management or related field like Business Administartion and Sales. Minimum Job Experience: 2 - 5 yrs Reporting to: Deputy General Manager- Marketing Travel: Yes
