Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets for commercial and/or residential properties within the Noida Sector 90A project. - Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients. Understand their needs and preferences to provide tailored property solutions. - Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Bhutani Infrastructure's projects, specifically the offerings in Noida Sector 90A, including floor plans, pricing, amenities, construction status, and legal aspects. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities. - Sales Presentations and Site Visits: Conduct compelling sales presentations and property tours to showcase the features and benefits of our offerings. Effectively address client queries and concerns. - Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements and successfully close sales deals. - Documentation and Follow-up: Ensure accurate and timely completion of all sales-related documentation. Diligently follow up with leads and prospects to nurture relationships and convert them into sales. - Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, CRM, and other internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve overall business objectives. - Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions. Provide regular reports on sales progress and market feedback to the Sales Manager. - Adherence to Company Policies: Comply with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.Requirements: - Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in real estate sales, preferably with a focus on commercial and/or residential properties in the Noida region. - Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Noida real estate market, including pricing trends, competitor landscape, and regulatory environment. Familiarity with Sector 90A is a significant advantage. - Sales Skills: Excellent sales, negotiation, and closing skills with a demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with diverse clients. - Customer Focus: Strong customer-centric approach with a passion for understanding and meeting client needs. - Professionalism: Highly professional demeanor, strong work ethic, and a positive attitude. - Self-Motivation: Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Language Proficiency: Fluency in Hindi and English is essential. Knowledge of other regional languages is an advantage. - Education: minimum 10th,12th,Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
