Key Responsibilities: Business Development: 1. Acquire new corporate customers and meet assigned monthly revenue targets. 2. Independently generate leads, schedule meetings, assess client insurance needs, recommend suitable products, and close sales. 3. Build and manage strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations. 4. Oversee sales completion, paperwork, and prompt issuance of policy documents. 5. Explore and pursue new business opportunities to expand client base. 6. Cross-sell and up-sell to existing customers, and generate referrals. 7. Address and resolve client requests, complaints, and feedback professionally. 8. Submit sales reports regularly to track and improve performance. 9. Participate in regular performance review meetings with senior leadership. Sales / Business Operations: 10. Provide backend operations and servicing support to achieve KPIs. 11. Ensure high standards of customer service and complaint resolution. 12. Support the implementation of business development strategies. 13. Generate timely and accurate MIS and analytics. 14. Maintain strong client relationships to ensure renewals and retention. 15. Conduct research and analysis on clients, industries, and markets. 16.
