Job Description

: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Engineer / Sales Executive with experience in the Home Automation, Audio-Video Control, or Security Products industry. The ideal candidate will have strong connections with specifiers such as architects, interior designers, and consultants within Pune and nearby regions, and will be responsible for driving lead generation and sales growth. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with specifiers (Architects, Interior Designers, Consultants) in Pune and surrounding areas. - Identify and generate new business opportunities through regular market visits and follow ups. - Promote home automation and related solutions to potential clients and partners. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project and sales objectives are met. - Prepare and deliver effective sales pitches and product demonstrations. Candidate Requirements: - Minimum 1-3 year of experience in Home Automation, Audio-Video Control, or Security Products industry. - Candidates currently or previously associated with Legrand, Schneider, Hager, Havells, ABB, or similar organizations will be preferred. - Knowledge of KNX technology will be considered an added advantage. - Excellent communication skills with a confident, result-oriented, and proactive approach. - Must be willing to travel across Pune and nearby areas for business development. - Own two-wheeler is mandatory.
