Role OverviewWe are looking for a high-performing and experienced Senior Manager - Banking/BFSI Software Sales to drive business growth through strategic sales of banking and security-focused IT solutions to Government departments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in enterprise software sales with a sharp understanding of public sector procurement processes and relationship managementRoles & Responsibilities :- Drive sales of Banking and Software Security Solutions in Government departments/ public sector banks/ large private banks, including BFSI-oriented offerings.- Generate qualified leads through proactive networking, relationship building, and market research.- Understand and navigate government sales cycles and procurement processes.- Build relationships with senior government officials and key decision-makers.- Deliver customized presentations, pitches, and proposals tailored to client needs.- Manage complete sales lifecycle-from lead generation to proposal submission, contract negotiation, and closure.- Collaborate closely with internal teams for solution design and client delivery.- Ensure timely reporting, pipeline management, and achievement of sales targets.- Act as the single point of contact for all business development initiatives in the assigned territory.- Prepare detailed technical and budgetary proposals, client communication letters, and related documentation.
