We have multiple opening in YES Bank for below position. - O-CASA/SO-CA - CTC - 6.0 LPA- YFRM/YPRM - upto 14.0 LPA- Virtual Relationship Manager/Associate Virtual Relationship Manager - upto 4.0 LPA- Virtual Relation Manager (Chennai)- Grade : AM/DMResponsibilities:- Manage and nurture client relationships through virtual engagements- Provide clients with personalized financial advice and solutions- Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and services- Respond promptly to client inquiries, providing exceptional customer service- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure holistic client service- Track and achieve sales targets and business objectives- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking products and services- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies during all interactionsQualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field- Proven experience in a relationship management or Banking Product sales role- Strong understanding of financial products and services- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively in a virtual environment- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities- Proficiency with digital communication tools and CRM systemsSkills Required :- Must have : Good communication skills, cross selling of banking products- Salesforce/Virtual Sales- Good English Communication- MS Office- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)- Financial Advisory- Negotiation- Time Management- Problem-solving- Branch Service Partner - Uoto 11.50 LPA- Account Opening & Maintenance:- Run the processes for account opening, account maintenance & account closure related formalities as per YBL process for Corporate clients.- Handle corporate customers' enquiries and instructions, whilst ensuring that the Bank's delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction. e.g. timely checking of account opening documentation, opening of accounts etc.- Ensure adherence to process & documentation standards- Maintain strict vigilance on the quality of forms and documentation provided.- Ensure timely follow up with Sales RMs of all BUs for resolution of any outstanding deferrals.- Provide support to relationship managers & product sales managers for servicing corporate clients - attend to customer requirements, coordinate with back office operations & facilitate their transactions as required to ensure total customer satisfaction and ensure fault free servicing and transactions processing for corporate clients and services like trade, CMS, Escrow arrangements, BTI, payments etc.Expected:Candidate Profile:Age: Minimum 21 to Maximum 28 yearsEducation:- Graduation (Post Graduate preferred)- AMFI/NCFM/IRDA/JAIIB/CAIIB & such relevant certifications will be an added advantage.Past Experience:- 1-6 years of work experience in Banking or Financial Services Organizations'- Must have had handled corporate clients in his past experience.Relationship Manager-Yes Private - upto 20.0 LPA: YES Private - Partner- To be responsible for managing Key Clients - HNIs and Ultra HNIs and provide expert relationship management experience (Domain Expert)- In liaison with the Corporate and Institutional Banking team, to drive the acquisition of Personal Banking and Wealth Management relationships for Owner/ Promotors/Directors/CFOs/ Corporate Treasuries Wealth- Anticipate and be continually sensitive to the shifting customer expectations and initiate appropriate measures to ensure that Yes Bank stays ahead of competitors- Maintaining a strong working knowledge of client portfolios/products which are required to gain business wallet share from HNI and Ultra HNI clients- Ensure regular engagement with mapped relationships and maintain quality of portfolio by ensuring profitability at each client level- Showcase full range of consumer and commercial banking products to existing and potential Key Clients of the Bank and harness incremental business opportunities across all products- Contributing to the development of new products and services, by channelizing self and customer feedback to the respective Program Teams- Ensure compliance to Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) requirements in all dealings with existing and potential customers- Participate in cross-functional activities that help promote and nurture collective responsibility to the bigger objectives of the institution- The position shall be evaluated basis overall profitability & relationship at a RM level as well as client level- The position shall be based out of Corporate and Institutional Banking Office for the relevant location.
