Sales Retainers

contractual
basis. This position involves promoting our trade finance and credit products, generating qualified leads, and supporting Relationship Managers in driving business growth. The role is well-suited for individuals with prior experience in sales or client servicing who value independence and performance-based rewards.
Primary Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities for Yield 4 Finance's trade and credit solutions.
Assist Relationship Managers in client acquisition, onboarding, and retention.
Conduct regular client follow-ups and maintain strong business relationships.
Support documentation, proposals, and reporting tasks.
Represent Yield 4 Finance exclusively (not associated with any other firm).
Attend company-led product training and development sessions.
Submit performance reports and progress updates to the management team.
Desired Skills & Competencies
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Target-driven with proven sales or business development experience.
Understanding of trade finance, credit, or loan products preferred.
Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working independently.
Ability to collaborate effectively with remote teams.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in any stream (Business or Finance background preferred).
