Yield 4 Finance is seeking experienced and driven professionals to join as
Sales Retainers
on a
contractual (retainer) basis.
The role involves promoting our trade finance and credit products, driving lead generation, and assisting Relationship Managers in client acquisition and business development activities. This role is ideal for candidates with prior sales experience who are looking for a flexible, performance-based opportunity in the finance domain.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and promote Yield 4 Finance's trade finance and credit solutions.
Support Relationship Managers in client acquisition and servicing.
Conduct follow-ups with potential clients and maintain ongoing relationships.
Assist with documentation, proposals, and reporting.
Represent Yield 4 Finance exclusively
(no association with other firms).
Participate in company-led product and trade finance training.
Provide regular updates and performance reports to the assigned RM.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet sales or client acquisition targets.
Good understanding of financial or loan products.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented.
Ability to manage work independently while coordinating with remote teams.
Qualifications & Experience
Graduate in any field (Business or Finance background is a plus).
Some prior experience in
sales, business development, or client interaction
roles.
Comfort with working independently and meeting performance targets.
