Yield 4 Finance is looking for proactive and experienced professionals from
Visakhapatnam
to join our team as
Sales Partners
on a contractual retainer model. In this role, you will help strengthen our presence in the trade finance space by generating leads, supporting Relationship Managers, and assisting clients throughout the onboarding and acquisition process. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with a background in sales who prefer flexible, performance-based work.
Key Responsibilities
Promote Yield 4 Finance's trade finance and credit offerings to prospective clients.
Identify business opportunities and share quality leads with the Relationship Management team.
Maintain consistent follow-ups and build long-term client relationships.
Support in preparing proposals, documentation, and periodic reports.
Work exclusively with Yield 4 Finance (no outside engagements).
Attend company-driven training sessions related to trade finance and product updates.
Provide routine progress reports and performance updates.
Skills & Competencies Required
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Prior experience in sales, client handling, or business development.
Understanding of financial, credit, or loan products (preferred).
Highly self-driven, organized, and able to manage independent work.
Comfortable coordinating with remote teams and meeting performance expectations.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Finance/Business is an advantage).
Previous sales or client-facing experience preferred.
Ability to meet set targets and deliver results consistently.
