Key Responsibilities

Welcome and engage walk-in customers, understanding their preferences and suggesting suitable decor pieces. Explain product stories, materials, and design inspirations to enhance the buying experience. Upsell and cross-sell items to increase store sales. Maintain a visually appealing display and ensure products are clean, safe, and ready for customers. Process sales transactions, handle billing, and maintain accurate stock records. Assist with unpacking, tagging, and arranging new inventory. Build repeat customer relationships through excellent service and follow-ups. Meet and exceed monthly sales targets

Requirements & Qualifications

Prior experience in retail sales, preferably in home decor, lifestyle, or luxury products. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude. Good sense of design, color, and visual aesthetics. Ability to handle POS systems and basic computer operations. Willingness to work weekends and store peak hours.
