About the Role:
a dynamic and motivated Telesales Executive to drive Motor Insurance sales and deliver excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, sales expertise, and a customer-focused mindset.
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales or Marketing, preferably in General Insurance.
Candidates with 6 months to 4 years of telesales experience are preferred.

What You'll Do (Job Responsibilities):
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their motor insurance needs.
Provide personalized and high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales Execution
Execute effective sales strategies to increase motor insurance penetration.
Reach out to potential customers through outbound calls and pitch suitable insurance products.
Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain consistent performance.
Continuous Learning
Stay updated on insurance products, features, and industry advancements.
Participate in regular training sessions to improve sales efficiency.
