Key Responsibilities
Business Development:
Identify and approach potential clients, distributors, and retail partners.
Sales Execution:
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective offline and B2B marketing.
Client Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Market Expansion:
Explore new business opportunities in assigned territories and drive product penetration.
Negotiation & Closing:
Conduct meetings, present products, negotiate deals, and close sales.
Coordination:
Work closely with logistics, operations, and marketing teams to ensure smooth order delivery and customer satisfaction.
Reporting:
Maintain sales reports, track performance, and provide market feedback for strategy improvement.
Requirements
2-5 years of experience in
sales, offline marketing, or B2B sales
(FMCG experience preferred).
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about sales.
Willingness to travel within Hyderabad and nearby regions as needed.
