Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective lead generation, tie ups with Organizations, conversion strategies, client relationship management, and community engagement. You'll play a key role in expanding our member base and ensuring a high-quality client experience aligned with our wellness philosophy.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Revenue Generation
Develop and execute strategies to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Convert walk-in and inquiry leads into memberships or wellness packages.
Upsell training, private sessions, retreats, and other services.
Tie ups with Corporate Clients and arrange wellness sessions to generate more leads.
Organize wellness camps in Societies and communities to achieve the sales targets
Monitor KPIs and create regular sales performance reports.
Lead Management & Client Engagement
Manage CRM system and ensure timely follow-ups on all leads.
Provide consultations and tours to prospective clients.
Maintain strong relationships with current members to encourage renewals and
referrals.
Handle membership cancellations or objections with professionalism and empathy.
Marketing Support
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, promotions, and events.
Represent the centre at local wellness events, expos, and partnerships.
Provide input on promotional materials based on customer insights.
Team Collaboration & Leadership
Work closely with front desk and instructors to ensure alignment of sales goals with
service delivery.
Provide sales training to front desk or junior staff as needed.
Attend weekly team meetings and contribute to strategic planning.

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
