Job Description

The Mechanic Sales Representative is responsible for developing and managing relationships with independent mechanics, workshops, and service points to promote genuine spare parts, lubricants, and accessories. The role aims to increase brand loyalty, parts consumption, and market coverage at mechanic-level touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, visit, and onboard independent mechanics and service points Promote genuine spare parts, lubricants, and accessories to mechanics Educate mechanics on product benefits, correct usage, and identification Execute mechanic loyalty programs, schemes, and promotional activities Collect orders or route demand to authorized parts dealers Distribute marketing materials (signage, posters, uniforms, displays) Track mechanic coverage, engagement, and purchase behavior Collect market intelligence on competitor products and pricing Resolve basic product-related concerns and feedback from mechanics Submit daily/weekly visit and sales activity reports

Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (Diploma in Automotive preferred) Experience in field marketing, spare parts sales, or mechanic engagement Basic knowledge of motorcycle parts and service practices Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and travel daily Basic smartphone and reporting app usage

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
