:Careers that Change Lives\xc2\xb7 To achieve territory growth targets for Hernia Portfolio in Hospitals & referral centers and educating the Nursers and support groups.\xc2\xb7 To execute strategic sales activities undertaken as part of a Business Planning model.\xc2\xb7 Provide surgical coverage, Case support for Hernia & Suture Solutions, product and therapy training and education to new and existing centers and leverage customer contact to grow the existing business/accounts.\xc2\xb7 To ensure that the Company\xe2\x80\x99s agreed quality standards are maintained about its products, procedures, policies, operations and customer contact. A Day in the Life:Revenue Responsibility\xc2\xb7 Responsible for achieving sales target in terms of product units and revenue and increase total company market share in assigned territory.\xc2\xb7 Support in creating and implementing an annual business plan with quarterly updates.\xc2\xb7 Ensure coverage of all accounts based on customer segmentation within territory in agreement with the manager to maintain optimum level of exposure.\xc2\xb7 Maintain and expand existing business and develop new business opportunities.Business Management\xc2\xb7 Seek new customers and formulate and follow up plans for such action as directed by the Sales Manager.\xc2\xb7 Work with existing key centers to develop and implement strategies to move accounts towards center of excellence for Hernia Solutions.\xc2\xb7 Develop Sales strategies and execute same within the Sales Force Effectiveness model.\xc2\xb7 Conduct required training for new accounts on all therapies.\xc2\xb7 Sell specified therapies to Surgeons, institutions, payers, and other medical staff.Customer Management\xc2\xb7 Provide Coverage, Case support for wound closure portfolio in the assigned Territory.\xc2\xb7 Conduct customer in-services for new and existing accounts.\xc2\xb7 Develop relationships with Surgeons and hospital administration staff to ensure both clinical and non-clinical needs are identified and met.\xc2\xb7 Develop ethical, positive long-term customer relationships.\xc2\xb7 Satisfy customer complaints in accordance with Medtronic policy and to advise Sales Manager promptly of any situation beyond scope of authority. .Must Have: Minimum RequirementsB Pharma/B Sc (Any Sciences)/BE

  • MBA would be preferred
  • Computer literacy including sound knowledge of the MS Office suite of software.
  • At least 1- 4years sales experience in a technical and dynamic environment.
  • Experience in delivering health related in-service or similar type training and education
  • Proven sales and negotiations experience
  • Success in developing new markets
  • Experience in making multiple sales calls on a daily basis
  • Willing to travel extensively

  • Good verbal communicator and presenter \xe2\x80\x93 Good command over English and Regional language
  • Professional presentation and "Presence"
  • Professional standard of written and verbal communication to sales team and customers
  • Ability to quickly establish credibility with all levels of customer base

  • Logical approach & reasoning skills while analyzing competition & market trends.
  • Strong Analytical ability during customer/patient call.
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity & persevere to resolve situation at hand
