Retailer Management
Cover 25-30 shops on daily basis as per PJP (Permanent Journey Plan) and beat the scheme.
Maintaining the correct quantity of all SKUs (Stock Keeping Units) in the retail store
Ensure product visibility in stores.
Ensure FIFO (First In First Out / FEFO (First Expiry First Out)) at stores.
Launching and placing new products as per the company guidelines.
The company will be in touch with the wholesalers and retailers
To meet as many potential audiences as possible, explain the products to them.
Collecting feedback from the clients and customers.
Resolving retailer's queries regarding plans and returns/expiry etc.
Distributor Management
Ensure good relationship with distributor.
Management of distributor's inventory and product ageing.
Help distributors deliver healthy ROI (Return on Investment).
Develop in-depth knowledge of the company's products.
Maintaining accurate records of all sales, scheduled customer appointments and customer complaints.
Collaborating with the marketing department to ensure the company is reaching its target audience.
Influencing the distributor to provide credit and services in the market.
Tracking competition and reporting new developments in the market.
