Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming inquiries from property buyers and investors
Make outbound calls to leads and explain project details confidently
Schedule site visits and follow up with clients regularly
Maintain strong communication with leads through WhatsApp, calls, and emails
Understand client requirements and match them with suitable properties
Maintain CRM/data logs of all client interactions
Coordinate between the sales team and clients to ensure timely follow-ups
Requirements:
Minimum
6 months to 1 year of experience in real estate sales or telecalling
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Ability to build rapport with clients quickly and professionally
Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized
Basic knowledge of real estate terms and local market trends
Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate
Fluent in Hindi & basic English communication
