Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard new clients (distributors, wholesalers, pharma companies) seeking third-party manufacturing services. Generate leads through industry networking, online channels, and trade shows. Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide quotations, MOQs, and manufacturing timelines. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Regularly update clients on product availability, regulatory compliance, production status, and dispatch schedules. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, leads, and follow-ups using CRM tools. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Science, or Business (B.Pharm, B.Sc, or MBA preferred). 1-5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in third-party manufacturing or contract manufacturing. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Knowledge of pharmaceutical formulations and regulatory documentation (like WHO-GMP, COPP, etc.). Familiarity with P2P, B2B, and institutional pharma markets

Knowledge of product development cycles and costing strategies in third-party manufacturing.
