Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Kolkata. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, training new sales staff, and overseeing the sales process. Additional responsibilities include creating marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

Experience in Sales and Sales Management

Proficiency in Training new sales staff

Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with the Kolkata real estate market is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred

Pay: ₹8,263.58 - ₹30,084.76 per month
