Job Overview:



We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented

Business Development Executive/Manager

to lead strategic tie-ups and partnerships with

corporate houses, fashion boutiques, and large business groups

. The ideal candidate will identify potential partners, build strong relationships, and drive business collaborations aligned with our goals in the fashion, media, and education sectors.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and approach corporate clients, fashion boutiques, and high-value business houses for potential tie-ups. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers. Create partnership proposals, MoUs, and customized business solutions to meet partner needs. Represent the brand at business networking events, meetings, exhibitions, or trade shows. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, events, media, talent management) to implement and execute tie-up activities. Negotiate commercial terms, close deals, and manage post-deal coordination. Maintain a partnership pipeline and regularly update progress reports for management. Explore cross-branding, sponsorship, and revenue-sharing opportunities.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus. 2-5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or corporate tie-ups. Existing network or experience in fashion, lifestyle, retail, media, or education industry preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently. Good command over English, Hindi, and regional language (preferred). Willing to travel locally or nationally for meetings and events.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
