Backend Sales Executive (Female Preferred)

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have

2-3 years of experience

in backend sales or a related field, with a strong commitment to providing excellent support to the sales team.

Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team by managing

order processing, quotations, and sales documentation.

Coordinate with clients and internal departments to ensure

smooth order fulfillment.

Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and other relevant information. Prepare

sales reports, proposals, and presentations

as required. Respond to client inquiries and follow up on orders through email and phone. Provide support in

pricing, product availability, and inventory management.

Collaborate with the sales team to

identify new sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

2-3 years of experience

in backend sales, sales support, or related roles.

Graduation

is a must. Strong

verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in

Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Excellent

organizational and multitasking abilities.

Detail-oriented, with the ability to handle data accurately. Ability to work collaboratively and independently.

Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
