Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic, smart, and result-driven sales professional to lead and grow our exclusive Adobe and Bluebeam so ware business in the eastern region of India. The role demands frequent travel across three key states -- WB, Odisha, and Assam -- to engage clients, pitch solutions, and close deals.

Key Responsibilities:



? Drive sales of Adobe & Bluebeam solutions to enterprise and mid-market customers.

? Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into long-term clients.

? Conduct product demos, presentations, and solution consultations.

? Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.

? Collaborate with internal teams for quotations, proposals, and solution delivery.

? Maintain a robust sales pipeline and provide accurate sales forecasts.

? Travel extensively across the three assigned states.

Requirements:



? Graduate in B.Sc. or B.Com.

? 5+ years of experience in B2B field sales, preferably in IT/so ware domain.

? Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

? Local candidates preferred.

? Exposure to Adobe or Bluebeam or similar design/documentation tools is a strong plus.

? Strong sales mentality - aggressive, self-driven, and target-focused.
