Job Title: Sales Representative
Location: Kolkata
Work Mode: Hybrid
Experience Required: Minimum 1-2 years in Sales (Event Management or B2B Sales preferred)
Salary: Negotiable (Includes attractive bonus + compensation package)

Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and close deals with corporate and social event clients.
Build strong relationships with decision-makers and ensure repeat business.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and market research.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with the operations and creative teams to deliver client expectations.

Requirements
Proven track record in event sales or B2B sales.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in client handling.
Prior experience in the event, hospitality, or corporate services sector is a strong plus.
