Pacific Designs is a leading packaging solutions provider based in Kolkata, serving 300+ restaurants, cafes, and e-commerce brands across Eastern India. We specialize in custom tissue papers, wet wipes, butter papers, takeaway boxes, and eco-friendly packaging products. As a bootstrapped company with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, we are now expanding our sales efforts and seeking motivated individuals to join our growing team.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to generate leads, build client relationships, and convert prospects into long-term customers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing both inbound and outbound sales for the B2B segment, particularly targeting restaurants, cafes, cloud kitchens, and e-commerce businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients in the F&B and e-commerce sector through field visits, cold calls, and digital outreach

Understand client needs and recommend suitable packaging solutions

Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients for repeat business

Prepare and present product quotations, samples, and proposals

Negotiate deals and close orders in line with company pricing and delivery policies

Work closely with the operations team for smooth order processing and customer satisfaction

Maintain CRM data, track sales metrics, and prepare weekly reports

Participate in exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings as needed.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or field sales (packaging, FMCG, or hospitality background preferred)

Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Hindi/Bengali

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

Comfortable with Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and CRM tools

Passionate about sustainable and custom-designed products

Own two-wheeler preferred for client visits (travel allowance provided)
