Key Responsibilities:
Market Penetration & Growth
Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies tailored for the European B2B used device market.
Identify and target wholesalers, retailers, online resellers, and marketplaces across Europe.
Proactively research market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitor activity.
Direct Sales &Lead Generation
Source new leads and close deals independently--no waiting for leads to come to you.
Manage the full sales cycle: from outreach and negotiation to closing and repeat orders.
Deliver monthly and quarterly revenue targets--consistently.
Customer Relationship Management
Build long-term partnerships with key buyers and partners.
Provide expert advice and solutions based on device grading, pricing, and inventory needs.
Follow up rigorously to ensure a smooth buying experience.
Reporting & Accountability
Maintain accurate records using CRM and sales tools.
Prepare pipeline forecasts and weekly sales performance updates.
Track KPIs and adapt strategy based on results.

Able to work without constant supervision, taking full ownership of sales targets and pipelines.
Sales-Oriented Mindset:
Demonstrated passion for sales with a proven track record of consistently hitting or exceeding B2B targets.
Industry Knowledge:
Familiarity with the European used mobile phone market is highly preferred. Alternatively, strong B2B sales experience with the ability to quickly learn industry specifics.
Proven Closer:
Not just a conversationalist--you're someone who knows how to drive a deal from lead to signed contract.
Adaptable & Resourceful:
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment where thinking on your feet and creative problem-solving are crucial.
Strong Communication Skills:

Requirements:
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
Minimum 2 years of hardcore B2B sales experience
, preferably in electronics, FMCG, telecom, or device trading.
Experience selling in European markets is required. Experience in used/refurbished mobile sales is a huge plus.
Skill & Mindset
Fluent in English; additional European language(s) a strong advantage.
Strong negotiation, cold-calling, and relationship-building skills.
Proficient in CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
