Identify and develop new customers through field visits, calls, and networking.
Manage existing clients to ensure repeat orders and long-term relationships.
Present products, technical specifications, pricing, and commercial terms to customers.
Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close sales orders.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts teams for timely order execution.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned.
Collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer requirements.
Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and follow-up reports.
Attend exhibitions, trade fairs, and customer meetings when required.
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution.
