Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a

Sales Representative

at Treasure Destination. The Sales Representative will be responsible for promoting and selling travel packages, generating leads, converting inquiries into confirmed bookings, and building strong customer relationships. The role involves understanding customer requirements, providing suitable travel solutions, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Key Responsibilities

Handle walk-in, phone, and online inquiries for travel packages Promote domestic and international holiday packages, flights, hotels, and add-on services Understand customer needs and recommend suitable travel solutions Generate and follow up on leads to convert them into sales Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth Coordinate with internal teams for bookings, documentation, and confirmations Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities Provide post-sales support to ensure a smooth customer experience

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, preferably in the travel or service industry Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Customer-focused approach with the ability to build long-term relationships Ability to work with targets and deadlines Attention to detail and ability to multitask Basic knowledge of travel products and booking systems is an advantage Experience in the travel industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field
