We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy Sales Representative based in India to support our sales initiatives in the U.S. market. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a strong understanding of technical solutions, and excellent communication skills. This role involves working night shifts (aligned with U.S. hours) and will focus on generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing deals for technology-based products or services.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and engage with potential customers in the U.S. via outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other sales channels.
Present and promote company products or services to U.S.-based clients, understanding their business needs and technical requirements.
Maintain a solid understanding of product features and technical offerings to communicate value effectively.
Qualify leads, schedule demos, and follow up on sales inquiries to move prospects through the sales funnel.
Work closely with the technical team to provide pre-sales support and respond to customer queries.
Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Stay up to date with market trends, industry news, and competitor activity in the U.S. tech space.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field (required).
1-3 years of experience in B2B sales, IT sales, or technical sales, preferably serving U.S. clients.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Strong understanding of technical concepts and ability to translate them into business value.
Ability to work independently in a remote, night-shift environment.
Experience with CRM tools Ms Dynamics, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email marketing tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working with SaaS, cloud services, software development, or IT consulting firms.
Familiarity with U.S. sales practices, business culture, and time zones.
