The role is field-based and target-oriented, involving client meetings, site visits, and conversion of leads into orders.
Key Responsibilities
Call prospective and existing customers to generate and follow up on sales leads
Visit client sites to understand requirements and present suitable technical solutions
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and engineers
Convert inquiries and leads into confirmed orders
Prepare and submit quotations in coordination with the technical/engineering team
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Follow up on payments, delivery schedules, and customer feedback
Maintain records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status
Identify new business opportunities and market trends

Requirements & Qualifications;
Diploma / Graduate (Mechanical/sales preferred)
1-5 years of experience in industrial / B2B / manufacturing sales
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Willingness to travel frequently for client visits
Basic understanding of mechanical or industrial products
Target-driven mindset with strong follow-up skills
