Responsibilities:
Develop international client partnerships for manpower supply.
Generate leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn & networking.
Build strong relations with overseas employers (Middle East, Europe, Asia).
Coordinate client requirements with the recruitment team.
Attend virtual meetings with global clients..
Represent the company in international visits & events.
Requirements:
Confident, presentable & good English communication.
Knowledge of overseas recruitment process (visa, demand letter, deployment).
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
