Field Relationship Executive - Home Loans (Fintech | Noida)

Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and people-friendly candidates to build relationships with Property Dealers and help customers with Home Loan sourcing and documentation coordination.

This is a relationship-based role, not a hard-core sales pressure job.

Key Responsibilities

Meet and build strong relationships with Property Dealers in and around Gautam Buddha Nagar. Source Home Loan leads through channel partners. Coordinate with customers for document collection and follow-ups. Maintain daily activity updates and attend mandatory evening review meetings. Act as a bridge between customers, property dealers, and the internal processing team.
Training & Support

7 days structured training will be provided before field deployment. Training will cover: Home loan basics How to approach property dealers Customer communication & document handling

Eligibility & Requirements

Own two-wheeler/vehicle is mandatory. Basic English conversation skills are sufficient (fluency not required). Hindi is acceptable for most interactions. Good communication and relationship-building skills are more important than experience.
