We are looking for a Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our IT services and training programs in the local Agra market. The candidate will be responsible for field visits, client acquisition, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit potential clients in the field to promote company services

Generate new business leads and convert them into sales

Explain company services clearly to clients

Maintain daily field activity and sales reports

Follow up with interested prospects

Coordinate with office and telecalling teams

Achieve assigned sales targets

Eligibility Criteria:

Candidate must be a local resident of Agra

Must own a two-wheeler

Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred)

Willingness to work in the field

Target-driven and self-motivated

Preferred Skills:

Sales or marketing experience (IT/Education sector preferred)

Strong convincing and negotiation skills

Professional attitude and punctuality
