Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets

2. Lead Management & Conversion
Identify and qualify new leads
Follow up on inbound and outbound prospects
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline
Improve lead-to-conversion ratio
3. Client Acquisition & Retention
Acquire new customers in assigned territory/segment
Build long-term relationships with existing clients
Ensure repeat business and upselling opportunities
Handle customer objections and close deals
4. Market & Customer Understanding
Understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions
Monitor competitor activities and market trends
Provide market feedback to management
5. Sales Activities & Reporting
Plan daily/weekly sales activities and visits
Maintain accurate records in CRM
Submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and MIS
Track performance against targets
6. Coordination & Communication
Coordinate with marketing, operations, and support teams
Ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for clients
Resolve customer issues in a timely manner
7. Compliance & Process Adherence
Follow company sales policies and pricing guidelines
Ensure documentation, contracts, and payments are completed
Maintain ethical sales practices
8. Personal Development
Improve product and industry knowledge
Attend sales training and review sessions
Continuously improve negotiation and communication skills
