Job Description

We are seeking a high-impact Sales Executive to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and strengthen client relationships. The ideal candidate will act as a frontline brand ambassador, converting leads into long-term partnerships through consultative selling and solution-orientated engagement.

Key Responsibilities


- Proactively identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities through inbound and outbound channels
- Develop and present tailored proposals aligned with client requirements and business objectives Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and key stakeholders

- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs

- Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business

- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and prepare periodic sales reports

- Coordinate with operations and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery

- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing benchmarks to optimize sales strategy

Required Qualifications & Skills



- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

- 1-2 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities

- Target-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to close deals

- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and email communication

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

- Professional demeanor with strong relationship-management skills
