Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The Sales Representative will be responsible for presenting products or services, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
Present, promote, and sell property to existing and prospective customers
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems
Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing and customer support
Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar sales role
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Ability to build rapport and trust with customers
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
Basic computer skills (MS Office / Google Workspace)
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Experience in Real Estate is plus
Experience meeting or exceeding sales quotas
