Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven
Sales Representative
who can engage with potential buyers, understand their property requirements, and convert leads into successful bookings. This role offers excellent growth opportunities into senior sales or business development positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate & qualify leads through calls, follow-ups, and networking
Conduct client meetings, property presentations & site visits
Understand client needs and recommend suitable property options
Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records & follow-ups in CRM
Coordinate with marketing & operations teams for client onboarding
Track market trends, competitor projects & client preferences
Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates & performance metrics
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business or similar
- 1-2 years of sales experience (real estate preferred)
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Confident, persuasive & target-driven personality
- Good time management and multitasking abilities
- Experience with CRM tools and lead management systems
- Proactive with a strong growth mindset
