Job Description

A Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, identifying potential customers, and closing sales to meet company targets. The role involves understanding customer needs, presenting suitable products/services, and maintaining strong client relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Generation & Prospecting



Identify and qualify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and inbound inquiries. Maintain a pipeline of prospective clients and follow up regularly. Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities.

2. Sales & Customer Engagement



Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers. Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions. Prepare and deliver product presentations or demos when required. Negotiate terms, pricing, and close deals effectively.

3. Relationship Management



Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients. Address customer queries, concerns, and provide timely support. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
