Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound student inquiries and convert leads into successful enrollments.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs and career paths.
Conduct product consultations via phone, email, and walk-ins.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address student queries effectively.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up with leads through CRM tools to ensure timely conversions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for students.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years of EdTech experience
(inside sales/tele-counseling preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Ability to handle walk-in inquiries confidently.
Immediate joiners preferred.
