A sales representative is responsible for selling a company's products or services by identifying and contacting potential customers, presenting solutions, negotiating deals, and closing sales
Key responsibilities
Lead generation:
Prospect for new clients through methods like cold calling, email outreach, and networking.Customer relations:
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.Sales activities:
Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits. Negotiate prices and contracts, and finalize sales agreements. Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets.Customer support:
Answer customer questions and address any issues or complaints. Provide after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
