Job Description

Selling: Sell products or services to customers, and represent the brand. This can include giving presentations, answering questions, and overcoming objections.

Building relationships: Maintain relationships with existing customers and build new ones. This can include following up with new customers to gauge their satisfaction.

Reaching out: Contact potential customers through email, phone, text, and social media.

Analyzing: Analyze target markets and develop sales leads and materials.

Reporting: Prepare reports, proposals, and other documentation for presentations.

Meeting goals: Work toward sales goals, which can be weekly, monthly, quarterly, or annually.

Processing: Process sales transactions and orders, and handle payments.

Resolving: Resolve customer complaints and concerns, and handle returns, price changes, and discounts.

Attending: Attend conferences to understand industry trends.

Participating: Participate
