Role Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through both B2C and B2B channels, managing customer relationships, and promoting our unique range of spiritual and astrological products and services. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers and experienced professionals who are passionate about sales and interested in the spiritual wellness industry.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
Drive sales of spiritual products (Rudraksha, Vastu items, gemstones, etc.) and astrological consultation services to both individual customers (B2C) and business clients (B2B)
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue goals of the company
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through customer inquiries, leads, and online platforms
Manage and respond to customer queries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services
Provide excellent after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Online Sales Management:
Assist in managing online sales through the company website and e-commerce platforms
Process online orders, coordinate with the logistics team for timely delivery
Monitor online customer reviews and feedback
Product Knowledge & Consultation:
Develop in-depth knowledge of all products and services offered by Astro Devam
Educate customers about the benefits and authenticity of spiritual and astrological products
Collaborate with astrologers to provide basic guidance to customers seeking consultation services
Reporting & Coordination:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share updates with management
Work collaboratively as part of a 3-member sales team to achieve collective goals
Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in any field (Required)
Experience:
0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role
Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply
Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, or spiritual/wellness industry is a plus
Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet targets
Basic computer skills including MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Customer-centric approach with problem-solving skills
Interest in or knowledge of astrology, spirituality, and Vastu is an advantage
