Key Responsibilities:
Conduct field visits and client meetings to promote company services (e.g., digital marketing, IT solutions, software, or business consulting).
Identify potential clients and generate new business leads through on-field activities and networking.
Build and maintain long-term professional relationships with clients.
Understand client requirements and offer customized service solutions.
Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Prepare and maintain records of client visits, proposals, and follow-ups.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
Stay updated with market trends, competitors, and service advancements.
Requirements:
Minimum 0-2 years of experience in
sales or business development
(preferably in service-based industries).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong client relationship management and interpersonal skills.
Ability to conduct multiple client meetings and travel frequently within assigned areas.
Goal-driven, confident, and self-motivated.
Minimum Qualification: 12th pass or Graduation (preferred).
Own two-wheeler and valid driving license
