Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels (cold calling, networking, referrals, digital marketing).
Present and demonstrate products or services to customers to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs within assigned territory or segment.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in CRM software.
Collaborate with the marketing and customer service teams to improve customer experience.
Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales (B2B or B2C).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.
Good negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Basic understanding of the product/service being sold.
Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
