We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our company's products and services to both new and existing customers. You will identify customer needs, build strong relationships, and provide tailored solutions to help clients achieve their goals while driving company revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.
Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective and current clients.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Sales Representative.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes.
