Sales Executive -

1. Educational Qualifications

Minimum

: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.

Preferred

: MBA in Marketing or Sales (for mid to senior-level roles).

2. Experience

Mid-Level

: 2-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the same industry.

3. Skills Required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Proficiency in CRM software . Good understanding of the sales process and customer behavior. Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.). Ability to work independently and in a team.

4. Personal Attributes

Self-motivated and result-oriented. Professional appearance and conduct. Willingness to travel (if field sales is required). Resilience under pressure and rejection.

5. Language Proficiency

Fluency in English (written and spoken). Additional regional language skills may be required depending on location.
