Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and driven Sales Executive to join our real estate team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting prospective clients, conducting property site visits, and closing sales for residential or commercial properties. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, digital inquiries, and networking. Meet and greet prospective buyers, understand their needs, and provide appropriate property solutions. Conduct property site visits and presentations to showcase features and benefits. Follow up with potential clients and maintain relationships until the final deal closure. Negotiate prices, terms, and coordinate with the internal team for documentation and booking formalities. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales pipeline through CRM tools. Stay updated with real estate market trends, property laws, and competitor activities. Work towards monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

Key Skills Required:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong convincing and negotiation abilities. Good knowledge of the local real estate marketTarget-oriented mindset with a go-getter attitude. Basic understanding of sales tools, CRM systems, and MS Office. Own vehicle preferred (for site visits and client meetings)

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in real estate, insurance, banking, or luxury sales is an advantage Comfortable with field work and flexible to work on weekends (weekly off on weekdays)

Compensation:

Salary: ₹20,000 -
35,000/month (based on experience) Incentives: High-performance-based incentives and commissions per sale

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Sunday working (with compensatory off on a weekday)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
