Roles & Responsibilities:


Conduct field visits to meet farmers, pet shop owners, veterinary doctors, fisheries, dairy

farms, and distributors.


Promote and sell products through B2B (dealers, distributors, vets) and B2C (direct to farmers & pet owners) channels.


Educate customers about product usage, benefits, and application.


Establish and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and clients.


Track competitor activity and report market insights.


Participate in promotional campaigns, product demos, and local livestock/pet events.


Maintain records of visits, sales leads, and conversions using company CRM/app tools.

Candidate Profile:

Education

: B.Sc. (Agri/Vet/Bio), BBA, with interest in sales and animal health.


Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.


Passion for working in the animal/pet/agriculture ecosystem.


Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.


Knowledge of local language is a plus (especially rural markets).
