Roles & Responsibilities:

? Conduct field visits to meet farmers, pet shop owners, veterinary doctors, fisheries, dairy

farms, and distributors.

? Promote and sell products through B2B (dealers, distributors, vets) and B2C (direct to farmers & pet owners) channels.

? Educate customers about product usage, benefits, and application.

? Establish and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and clients.

? Track competitor activity and report market insights.

? Participate in promotional campaigns, product demos, and local livestock/pet events.

? Maintain records of visits, sales leads, and conversions using company CRM/app tools.

Candidate Profile:

Education

: B.Sc. (Agri/Vet/Bio), BBA, with interest in sales and animal health.

? Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

? Passion for working in the animal/pet/agriculture ecosystem.

? Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.

? Knowledge of local language is a plus (especially rural markets).
