We are looking for a motivated fresher to join our team and assist in operations, sales, and customer engagement. This role offers an exciting opportunity to learn and grow within the FMCG and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Record-Keeping

Maintain all records, including inward/outward stock, returnable items, sales invoices, bank statements, payment receipts, day books, and stock registers (finished goods & packaging materials). Keep an updated

MIS report

on Excel, tracking: Daily order receipts Day-wise dispatches Turnaround Time (TAT) Reconciliation of payments with dispatch details

Event & Market Expansion

Explore and attend

local events

related to wellness & FMCG. Maintain a

quarterly event calendar

for relevant exhibitions, fairs, and networking opportunities. Identify and onboard

offline stores

that can stock and sell HEAL products.

Customer Engagement & Feedback

Maintain a

customer feedback database

and conduct follow-up calls for reviews and repeat orders. Work towards

improving customer retention

by ensuring a great post-purchase experience.

Who Should Apply?

strong organizational and communication skills

comfortable with Excel and data management
